Robin Dyche, CCIM, is Managing Member at RIO Real Estate Investment Opportunities LLC in Albuquerque, N.M. During his 45 years in commercial real estate, Dyche has negotiated many transactions with companies including TempurPedic Mattress, Sennheiser, Facebook, Cupertino Electric, Niagara Water, Fortis Construction, CarMax, and Merillat Cabinets.

Dyche has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 1980. Dyche was recognized as Instructor of the Year in 1999 and CI 104 Instructor of the Year in 1997 by Institute faculty. He was also awarded the Susan Groeneveld CCIM Visionary Award in 2008 and was honored with the Victor Lyon Award for Outstanding Contributions to the CCIM program.

John Henderson CCIM is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with over thirty-four years of experience as a dedicated real estate professional. John’s many awards for excellence in his profession, including Realtor of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year for the Albuquerque Board of Realtors, and Realtor of the Year for CARNM acknowledge the high regard in which he is held among his peers.
