Following are the Named Education Scholarships that are fully funded through the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter to honor individuals for their outstanding service to their CCIM chapter, the commercial real estate industry, and their communities.

Oklahoma CCIM Leadership Scholarship

The Oklahoma CCIM Leadership Scholarship is presented each year to Oklahoma CCIM Chapter members who strive for commitment and excellence to support the commercial real estate industry in Oklahoma.

Scholarship Value: $500 x 2

Scholarship Used Toward:
CCIM core course or CCR


Past Presidents Scholarship

The Oklahoma CCIM Past Presidents Scholarship is presented each year to Oklahoma CCIM Chapter members who strive for commitment and excellence such as OKLAHOMA CCIM Past Presidents MENDY PARISH, CCIM – CBRE OKLAHOMA and GARY FLEENER, CCIM – Fleener Real Estate, and others who have volunteered their leadership and enthusiasm to support the commercial real estate industry in Oklahoma.

Waken Family Scholarship
Established – 04/01/2019
Waken Family photoThe Waken Family has help shaped the retail and property industry of Oklahoma for over 125 years. From the mercantile and general merchandise stores in the Cherokee Strip to the management of neighborhood and regional shopping centers, the Waken Family has assisted business owners in the growth of their businesses and the retail trade of Enid and the surrounding areas. The scholarship has been created to continue, in perpetuity, the commitment that the Waken Family has in education of the members of their industry.
