Legend is an overused word. But if anyone’s earned the title, it’s Sandy Shindleman. You might recognize him as CCIM Institute’s 2008 CI 102 Instructor of the Year and the recipient of the People’s Choice Award. From his home base in Winnipeg and offices in Zurich, Sandy has been involved in international real estate transactions for more than 30 years, experience that benefited CCIM greatly during his tenure as chair of the Institute’s International Committee. Sandy slowed down long enough to give Audio Spotlight listeners his learned overview on the state of our industry and the part the Education Foundation continues to play in moving commercial real estate forward.
