The CCIM Institute has a strategic partnership with the American Real Estate Society (ARES), aligning 16,000 commercial real estate professionals with hundreds of thought leaders from academia and the real estate industry at large.

Through a grant from the Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute, access to ARES’ timely and relevant real estate research is made available through the foundation’s website to CCIM members. ARES is the largest publisher of real estate journals in the world, including The Journal of Real Estate Research (JRER), The Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management (JREPM), The Journal of Real Estate Literature (JREL), and its most recent, The Journal of Sustainable Real Estate (JSRE).
