Kelsey Stuart may have started her career in commercial real estate just a short time ago. But this former President of the Real Estate Society at San Diego State University began drawing floorplans at an age when other kids were struggling with stick figures.

Legend is an overused word. But if anyone’s earned the title, it’s Sandy Shindleman. You might recognize him as CCIM Institute’s 2008 CI 102 Instructor of the Year and the recipient of the People’s Choice Award. From his home base in Winnipeg and offices in Zurich, Sandy has been involved in international real estate transactions for more than 30 years, experience that benefited CCIM greatly during his tenure as chair of the Institute’s International Committee.
