CCIM’s Got Talent: An Evening of Talent, Community, and Lasting Impact 

The CCIM community gathered for an unforgettable evening at this year’s CCIM’s Got Talent event, where creativity, connection, and philanthropy took center stage. 

From impressive musical performances to unexpected hidden talents, the evening showcased the passion and generosity that define the CCIM network. More than entertainment, the event served as a powerful reminder that when our members come together, we can create meaningful opportunities for the future of commercial real estate. 

Throughout the evening, we saw performances from The CCIM Technologies Board of Directors (Intellics), The CCIM Institute President and Leadership Team, past presidents, The CCIM Institute CEO, and the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter. We experienced melodious solos and duets while attendees bid on sought-after items and dared fellow CCIMs to karaoke. 

Thanks to the incredible generosity of attendees, sponsors, performers, and donors, the event raised a total of $68,662 in support of The CCIM Institute Foundation and its mission to advance education, scholarships, and opportunities within commercial real estate. 

Our top three performances took home trophies and brought in donations throughout the night. 

1st Place: Steve Rich, CCIM, and Paul Rumler, CCIM raised $1,200 

2nd Place: Florida Leadership raised $980 

3rd Place: Richard Slaton, CCIM; Candis Pressley, CCIM; Christopher Morris, CCIM; and Daynon Kirby, CCIM raised $500 

Every performance reflected the spirit of community that makes CCIM unique. Beyond the applause and celebration, the true impact of the evening lies in what happens next.
