A First-of-Its-Kind Event Takes Center Stage at The CCIM Institute Spring Forum 

Introducing CCIM’s Got Talent | April 22, 2026 

This April, CCIM Designees, candidates, and leadership will gather in Philadelphia for The CCIM Institute Spring Forum, a week of connection and collaboration dedicated to shaping the future of commercial real estate. 

For one night only, that future will also include a stage, a live band, and a bold new way to support education. 

On April 22, 2026, The CCIM Institute Foundation will host CCIM’s Got Talent, a special fundraising event designed exclusively for Spring Forum attendees. Hosted off-site at VUE on 50, this ticketed add-on experience will bring together the CCIM community for an evening of live music, karaoke performances, networking, and purposeful philanthropy. 

Entertainment That Advances Education  

At its heart, CCIM’s Got Talent will fund opportunities in an electrifying way.  

Throughout the evening, members of the CCIM community will take the stage to showcase their talents alongside a live band. Those who sign up can perform karaoke or an original piece individually or with a group. Every dollar raised benefits the Foundation’s scholarship programs and research initiatives, including Veterans Scholarships, Opportunity Scholarships, and Named Education Scholarships. These programs remove financial barriers for professionals pursuing the CCIM Designation and help ensure the strength, innovation, and excellence of our industry for years to come. 

When attendees participate, they are not simply enjoying an evening out—they are investing in the next generation of commercial real estate leaders. 

Vote with Your Dollars 

In true CCIM spirit, the evening will feature a friendly competition fueled by generosity. 

Audience members will vote with their dollars, contributing in support of their favorite performance. Performances with the most funds raised will win a prize and the satisfaction of knowing their performance created a meaningful impact. 

Bid for Impact 

This event will also include a silent auction with exclusive experiences and unique items, offering attendees another way to engage and support The CCIM Institute Foundation.  

Dare a Fellow CCIM to Sing  

The energy doesn’t stop there. 

For $25, attendees can dare a fellow CCIM to take the stage and sing. The only way to block the dare is a $50 donation to the Foundation. 

It’s engaging, unexpected, and every dare directly supports scholarships and research that strengthen the profession.
