While every donation to The CCIM Institute Foundation is incredibly important, we are especially grateful for donors whose contributions rise to the level of significant investment. Our donor Leadership Society recognized donations of $1000 or more, with leadership categories as follows:
Diamond: $25,000 and greater
Ruby: $20,000 – $24,999
Sapphire: $10,000 – $19,999
Emerald: $5,000 – $9,999
Gold: $1,000 – $4,999

CCIM Designees and Candidates have post-secondary school educations ranging from some college to PhD degrees. My undergraduate degree was in urban planning. I had been practicing commercial real estate for seven years when I took my first CCIM course. The CCIM education allowed me to sharpen my analytical skills and set me apart from my contemporaries. It is critical to provide this educational opportunity to the next generation of commercial real estate practitioners through The CCIM Institute Foundation.
