Gail Collins, Deputy CEO/Foundation Executive Director
Gail Collins serves as the Deputy CEO of The CCIM Institute, where she provides executive leadership over the Institute’s operations and strategic initiatives. Her portfolio spans across key functional areas including annual budgeting, membership recruitment and retention, strategic planning, international expansion, diversity and inclusion, chapter support, and meeting planning. She also plays a critical liaison role with the Strategic Planning Committee, Government Affairs, and NAR Commercial.
Gail began her career with The CCIM Institute in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative. Over the course of 35 years, she has advanced through eleven positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and growth.
Gail holds an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and Bachelor's of Business Administration from DePaul University. She earned a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and is a member of the Association Forum and the American Society of Association Executives.

Becky Ramsey, Foundation Development Manager
Becky Ramsey brings over a decade of nonprofit experience and a deep commitment to equity-driven philanthropy to The CCIM Institute Foundation. Becky has a strong track record in securing major grant funding, leading cross-functional development initiatives, and supporting executive leadership through data-driven reporting and engagement strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Religion from Denison University, is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) candidate, and a licensed Illinois REALTOR®.
As Foundation Development Manager, Becky is responsible for advancing The CCIM Institute Foundation’s mission by developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and helping to drive revenue growth. She brings a passion for strategic philanthropy and is committed to expanding access and opportunity in commercial real estate through education and inclusion.
Valerie Pereira, Program Coordinator
Valerie is delighted to be part of The CCIM Institute Foundation as its Program Coordinator. She has over 18 years’ experience managing humanitarian grants, scholarships, and vocational training teams at a foundation. She also worked at a healthcare interprofessional membership association providing customer service and coordination for their accreditation program. Valerie loves to be part of The CCIM Institute Foundation team where she makes an impact on people’s lives by helping scholarship recipients grow and advance their careers in commercial real estate.
Ashley Bland, Content Specialist
With a multi-hyphenate background in digital media, arts education, and non-profit marketing, Ashley brings a wealth of talent, creativity, and experience that will enhance The CCIM Institute Foundation brand. As a native of Chicago, Ashley is actively engaged with the local performing arts scene, contributing through board service with non-profit arts organizations. She has also partnered with various organizations, facilitating professional development workshops that strengthen communication, creativity, and collaboration. Ashley recently served as the Communications Specialist for The CCIM Institute.
