

Chere Roane, CCIM, is the Broker-Owner of Nicole & Hudson Realty and has been licensed in Florida since 1971. She served as the 2016 President of the Florida CCIM Chapter and the 2011 President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR). Recognized with numerous awards, including Realtor® of the Year honors from both CFCAR and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Chere continues to serve on The CCIM Institute Board of Directors.


Unique is a word often used incorrectly, but when it’s applied to Robin L. Webb, CCIM, it is genuinely accurate! An acknowledged leader as the former managing member of Florida’s largest commercial brokerage company, Robin has an impeccable reputation for integrity, a record of high-level sales production and is a recognized expert in the industry. As an industry icon, Robin is a senior instructor on the CCIM faculty and serves on the Board of Directors of The CCIM Institute. He has also served on the Board of Directors of CCIM Technologies and The CCIM Institute Foundation.


Bob Ward, CCIM, of Orlando, Florida, became a CCIM instructor in 1972 and was an invaluable asset to the Institute though his many contributions to its education program. The Institutes non-designation education program was created in 2007 and, honoring Bob’s dedication and overall hard work with the education department, was named The Robert L. Ward Center for Real Estate Studies. Bob was also a past president of CCIM Institute.


Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, CIPS has extensive experience in the real estate industry since 1975. Cynthia is a senior instructor with The CCIM Institute and served as The CCIM Institute President in 2002. In 2015, Cynthia received the distinguished National Association of Realtors Distinguished Service Award recognizing her over 40 years of contribution and service to the industry.
Dave Brenner, CCIM served 24 years in the U.S. Army, including assignments as an EOD commander and Defense Attaché in Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon. After retiring in 2015, he joined his family’s real estate business in Florida and earned his CCIM designation in 2022. Dave was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose courage, wisdom, and humor continue to inspire all who knew him.


The Central Florida CCIM District established an education scholarship to enable recipients to attain industry-leading commercial real estate education.


The Nimkoff Family CCIM Scholarship honors Lou and Lee Nimkoff for their many contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Both Lou and Lee hold the CCIM designation (as well as the CPM designation). Not only are they active in the National and local parts of The CCIM Institute and the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), but they also are active volunteer leaders at the local, statewide and national levels of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).


Danny Zelonker, CCIM, began his real estate career in Miami in 2004 and later founded Z Miami Commercial RE, Inc. For nearly two decades, he was a driving force behind fundraising and sponsorship efforts for the CCIM Miami District. He was also widely recognized for mentoring and guiding candidates in their pursuit of the CCIM Designation.


Paul White, CCIM, CPM, CSM, RPA, of Miami, Florida, is a graduate of Georgia Tech with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is currently the Managing Director of KW Commercial in Miami-Dade County, leading their commercial real estate brokerage operations, and President of Paul L. White & Associates, a commercial real estate consulting company. Paul has served two terms as President of the Miami CCIM District and was President of the Florida CCIM Chapter in 2010.


Bob White, CCIM, of Fort Myers, Florida, has been active in real estate sales since 1973 and a principal real estate broker since 1975. He earned the CCIM professional designation in 1982 and served as President of the Southwest Florida CCIM District in 1994 and 2002. Bob been a successful leader for several real estate companies.


Roger Broderick, CCIM, of Pinellas Park, Florida, is the owner of Broderick & Associates and has over 40 years of successful broad-based experience in real estate. He is a past president of both the Florida CCIM Chapter and The CCIM Institute Foundation, and graduate of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy.


The Noble Properties Scholarship honors the company after which it is named. Noble Properties, a fast growing, privately owned real estate investment and management company has been an active member of the Florida CCIM Chapter – East Coast District.


Wayne Kleinstiver, LTC (R), CCIM, of Vero Beach, Florida, is a Life Member of The CCIM Institute, a graduate of Colorado College and the US Army Command and General Staff College, with over 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He was the 2008 President of the Florida CCIM Chapter, served four terms as President of the East Coast CCIM District, and was Realtor of the Year (1996) and President of the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Florida (1999).


Scholarship is for any member of the Fort Lauderdale-Broward District that is a student of Nova or FIU universities real estate or related business programs, or otherwise a participant in the University Alliance Program.
