Mark Patterson, CCIM, of Des Moines, Iowa, has been a dedicated member of the Iowa CCIM Chapter since 1993 and served as Chapter President in 1997. As a founder of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo, he helped establish Iowa's premier industry event.

David P. Wilson, CCIM, served as the 2018 CCIM Institute President, becoming the youngest in the organization's history. As Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., he has overseen approximately $600 million in transactions across 15 states, specializing in retail, restaurant, healthcare, and senior living projects. Wilson's leadership and expertise have significantly advanced the commercial real estate profession.

Bob Holland, CCIM, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, served in all offices of the Iowa CCIM Chapter, including President, and was an adjunct instructor in commercial real estate at the University of Iowa from 1998 until 2013. He has been an integral part of The CCIM Institute since 1992 and is known across the organization as a dedicated volunteer. The CCIM Institute awarded him the prestigious Jay W. Levine Award for Distinguished Service in 2013.

Tom Nordstrom, CCIM, of Venice, Florida, served as Senior Vice President of AEGON USA Realty Advisors until his retirement. He has held every leadership position within the Iowa CCIM Chapter, including President, and served three terms on The CCIM Institute Board of Directors.
