

Darrell Leason began his real estate career in 1958. Mr. Leason worked for Sandlian Realty for twelve years, before striking out on his own in 1970. In 2015, Mr. Leason received the Wichita Business Journal’s Commercial Transaction of the Year award as well as the Kansas CCIM/Wichita State University Lifetime Achievement Award for Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Leason passed away in 2016 after 57 years as a commercial and investment real estate broker, exchanger, real estate problem solver and developer.


Jack Hunt, CCIM, of Wichita, Kansas, received a Purple Heart during World War II. His career included building over 500 homes, developing and building shopping centers, apartments, mobile home parks, nursing homes, and a multitude of real estate interests throughout the U.S. Jack received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Kansas CCIM Chapter in 2006.


Colby Sandlian, CCIM, S.E.C., of Wichita, Kansas, has spent over 50 years in commercial investment real estate, developing projects from strip centers in the 1950s to self-storage facilities starting in the 1970s. In 2005, he was honored with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award from the Kansas CCIM Chapter and the Wichita State University Center for Real Estate.
