Named in honor of Craig Johnson, CCIM, this scholarship recognizes his 18+ years of dedicated service to the chapter. A former Chapter President (2005) and Treasurer (2017–2022), Craig has also led the Marketing Sessions for over two decades, exemplifying his commitment to growth and success.

Bob Nelson, CCIM, of Eugene, Oregon, started his career as a real estate investment broker in 1968. He was recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Eugene Association of Realtors in 1984. Bob served as President of the Oregon/SW Washington CCIM Chapter in 2003, and as a CCIM Regional Vice President in 2004 and 2005.
