

A leader in the CCIM community, Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, served as The CCIM Institute President in 2013. He was a founding director of the New York City Metro CCIM Chapter, and graduated from the inaugural Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy in 2003. Wayne’s contributions also include serving as Connecticut CCIM Chapter President in 2002 and Region 11 Regional Vice President in 2004.


Stan Gniazdowski, CCIM, is president of Realty Concepts, Inc. a Guilford Connecticut based International Real Estate Consulting and Advisory Group, which he founded in 1984. He is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute, past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, and past member of the board of directors of both The CCIM Institute and The CCIM Institute Foundation. Carl Russell, CCIM, is a specialist in investment analysis and offers his clients more than forty-two years of experience in the field of real estate. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. in International Trade and Finance from Lehigh University. Carl is a senior instructor for The CCIM Institute and past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter.
