

Alec Pacella, CCIM, has received numerous professional accolades during his career. He is a three-time winner of NAIOP’s Investment Deal of the Year, winning the award and completed the largest individual investment transactions in Cleveland five times since 2000. He was named to Crain’s ‘Forty Under 40’ in 2005, and was recently appointed as an associate instructor for The CCIM Institute. Alec began his real estate career in 1989 and came to Cleveland in 1994.


Shad Phipps, SIOR, CCIM, is the Founder and CEO of Phipps Realty Advisors with over two decades in commercial real estate. A U.S. Army veteran and Ohio State University graduate, Phipps served as an adjunct professor in Real Estate Investment Analysis and earned his CCIM Designation in 2005. He has held numerous roles in the Ohio CCIM Chapter, including president, and served nationally as Region 7 RVP and on The CCIM Institute Board of Directors.


John Frank Jr., CCIM, is a former U.S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps member. Designated as a CCIM in 1980, Frank served as both President of the Ohio CCIM Chapter and President of The CCIM Institute. Active in numerous civic and philanthropic endeavors, he was honored with the Real Estate Professional Award of the Year by the University of Cincinnati in 2002.
