Vasilios Priskos Memorial Scholarship

Established Date: 10-07-18

Vasilios Priskos, founder of InterNet Properties in 1994, was a prominent figure in Salt Lake City, recognized by the Downtown Alliance as one of the Top 25 People Who Shaped Downtown. Deeply committed to his community, he served on various boards, including the Salt Lake City Police Foundation, the Children’s Museum, and the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Joseph H. Florence CCIM Scholarship

Established Date: 10-16-17

This scholarship was established by the Utah CCIM Chapter to honor Joseph Howard Florence, CCIM, who passed at age 85 in 2017. A dedicated professional and community leader, Joe worked in various fields before becoming a commercial real estate broker and earning his CCIM Designation. He served as Utah Chapter President of the NAR, chaired the State Legislative Committee, and supported many local causes.

Wallace Woodbury CCIM Scholarship

Established Date: 07-26-16

Wallace Woodbury was born Sept. 4, 1925 in Salt Lake City. He acted as Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for four years, President of the Utah Association of Realtors (1971), and President of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors (1966) and was named “Realtor of the Year” by the Utah Association in 1966. Mr. Woodbury pursued a distinguished career in law and real estate for 57 years.
