Commercial Real Estate: Named Education Scholarship
While the goal of all our scholarships is to inspire and support promising individuals on the path to becoming a CCIM, the Named Education Scholarships are unique in several ways. First, these scholarships have a dual role of honoring a CCIM, individual, or organization for their dedication, outstanding achievement, and service to commercial real estate. Second, these scholarships focus on promoting high educational standards by supporting the journey of professionals who enroll in The CCIM Institute’s outstanding curriculum and training enroute to earning the CCIM Designation.
Another way these scholarships are unique is that they are typically awarded through one of the CCIM Institute Chapters operating in the U.S. and Canada. The CCIM Institute Foundation provides matching funds to chapters that want to create new Named Education Scholarships, thereby increasing the number of recipients awarded a scholarship each year.

Create a Named Education Scholarship
Named Education Scholarships are designed to allow a CCIM chapter (or district(s) within a chapter) and The CCIM Institute Foundation to promote scholarship in the area of commercial real estate and investment on a local, state, and national basis. This program promotes the CCIM Designation on a broad basis, increases the visibility of the chapter, and promotes CCIM members by honoring the Named Honoree. Other Commercial Real Estate Scholarships
Two other scholarships offered by The CCIM Institute Foundation include the Opportunity Scholarship and the Veterans Scholarship. Both are available to individuals on the pathway to becoming a CCIM.
I was fortunate to receive a scholarship on a local level that allowed me to take funds to go towards me sitting for this exam. It is a financial commitment to start this path and journey to get your CCIM Designation and to have some additional help to come in and see through the journey. I couldn't have done it without it.
