Robin Dyche, CCIM, is the Managing Member of RIO Real Estate Investment Opportunities LLC in Albuquerque, N.M. A dedicated CCIM instructor since 1980, Dyche was recognized as Instructor of the Year in 1999. His contributions have been honored through multiple awards, including the Susan Groeneveld Visionary Award and Victor Lyon Award for Outstanding Contributions to the CCIM program.

John Henderson, CCIM, is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with over thirty-nine years of experience as a dedicated real estate professional.
