Most real estate gifts are rejected by receiving organizations due to perceived risks, and ultimately the difficulty in converting to cash. In response to this challenge, the CCIM Foundation’s Real Estate Gifting Program was established to successfully complete transactions from start-to-finish that involve gifts of real estate.

The CCIM Foundation can provide services for any non-profit, charity or fellow foundation that is qualified to receive real estate gifts. Alternatively, the CCIM Foundation can be a recipient of real estate gifts in their entirety, or on a shared basis with other qualified organizations. Gift options include: Outright Donations; Bargain Sales; Charitable Remainder Trusts; and Bequests. The Foundation also helps deliver real estate gifting seminars to CCIM Institute members and other interested parties.
