CCIM Foundation Veterans Puttery Night Out



Thank you to our sponsors and attendees of CCIM Foundation’s Puttery Night Out event at the 2022 Midyear Governance Meetings. With your support, over $60,000 was raised to support our Veterans Scholarship Program. We hope everyone enjoyed hearing Nashville recording artist George Birge perform live. CCIM Veterans Scholarship Program

The application window is now open for the 2022 Veterans Scholarship Program which support ours U.S. military veterans! Beginning in 2021, the CCIM Foundation will provide qualified veterans with up to $20,000 each to pursue non-degree commercial real estate education. Additional information can be found here.



2022 CCIM Foundation Goldie Scholar Announced


Ines Andrade CCIM Foundation Goldie Scholarship recipient CCIM Foundation, in partnership with The Goldie Initiative, is pleased to announce that Goldie Scholar Ines Andrade, Master’s in Real Estate (MSRE) student at MSRE student at Cornell University has been named the CCIM Foundation Goldie Scholarship award recipient for 2021-22.

Ines is the President of the Associate Cornell Real Estate Council (AREC) and the Vice President of the Association of Cornell Women in Real Estate (ACWIRE). Prior to pursuing her master’s degree, Ines served as an Acquisitions Associate with Heitman in Chicago.

Ines earned her Bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where she served as President of the Rho Epsilon Student Real Estate Association and received numerous scholarship awards and other accolades. While in school, Ines interned with Jimmy John’s, Starwood Retail Partners, and CyrusOne.

The CCIM Foundation funded scholarship is limited to women studying commercial real estate at one of our CCIM University Fast Track partner universities.

The CCIM Foundation is pleased to announce it approved match funding for the following 7 new named endowed scholarships in 2021:
  • Oklahoma CCIM Chapter – Past Presidents Scholarship
  • Central Texas CCIM Chapter – Yet to be named
  • New Mexico CCIM Chapter – Robin Dyche CCIM Scholarship
  • Oregon CCIM Chapter – Yet to be named
  • Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter – Holly Buchanan CCIM Scholarship
  • North Texas CCIM Chapter – Allen Feltman CCIM Scholarship
  • North Texas CCIM Chapter – John M. Stone CCIM Scholarship
With the approval of these new scholarships, the CCIM Foundation now has 150 fully funded, chapter associated scholarships. Congratulations to the chapters and honorees!

CCIM FOUNDATION Announces its 2021 Veterans Scholarship Recipients


The CCIM Foundation is proud to announce the eight recipients of its 2021 Veterans Scholarship Program. Established in 2020, the Veterans Scholarship Program gives back to the brave men and women who have served the United States by offering educational funding to pursue a new career in the dynamic commercial real estate industry. Each recipient receives up to $20,000 to use for commercial real estate education and certification programs through National Association of REALTORS® affiliate organizations, including CCIM Institute, IREM, and SIOR. Each recipient below has chosen to pursue the CCIM designation with their scholarship.
