The CCIM Institute Foundation plays a critical role in shaping the future of commercial real estate. We elevate the commercial real estate industry by supporting aspiring professionals in pursuit of their CCIM designation. Whether you’re a CCIM who’s benefitted from a scholarship or an individual, organization, or company that’s seen a CCIM in action, you know the value and importance of the education CCIMs receive. But today, our ability to grow scholarship programs and support key initiatives is at risk. We’ve launched the Building Legacy. Assuring Excellence. campaign to raise at least $3.5 million over three years. This fund will:
- Secure the future of scholarship programs — Veterans, Opportunity, NES
- Increase the number of scholarships available to qualified applicants.
- Elevate curriculum options and opportunities at The CCIM Institute.
- Expand our reach through chapter partnerships around the world.
- Increase research for industry thought leadership efforts.
- Allow the Foundation to grow, invest, and amplify our impact.

It's important to pass on and promote the legacy of the CCIM Institute Foundation. Without The CCIM Institute Foundation Scholarship, people have barriers to entry. I was able to pursue the CCIM designation without having to sacrifice somewhere else. I'm very thankful for those who participate and sponsor and donate to the foundation. I've made it a personal mission to help the foundation, so we can pass this on to others.
