The CCIM Institute Foundation is proud to introduce The Juge Family Coast Guard Scholarship.

Created to honor the men and women who have served in the United States Coast Guard, this scholarship helps veterans pursue careers in commercial real estate through access to CCIM Institute education and professional development.

Coast Guard veterans bring leadership, discipline and problem-solving skills that strengthen every profession they enter. This scholarship helps open the door to new opportunities, professional growth and long-term success in commercial real estate.

Scholarship support may be used for:

CCIM Institute core designation courses
CCIM designation examination fees

Scholarship funds are provided as educational assistance and are not intended for travel, lodging or meal expenses.

Application Timing

Applications are reviewed and awarded quarterly

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Be a U.S. Coast Guard veteran or within 12 months of honorable separation from active service
Demonstrate an interest in pursuing or advancing a career in commercial real estate
Use scholarship funds within 12 months of award
Meet program requirements and provide documentation for reimbursement

Preference is given to United States Coast Guard veterans. In the absence of a qualified Coast Guard applicant, eligible U.S. Army veterans may be considered.
