Application Timing

Applications are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Be the surviving spouse of a deceased active-duty U.S. military service member; or
Be the adult child (18+) of a deceased active-duty U.S. military service member; and
Provide verification of Gold Star Family status; and
Complete required scholarship application materials and program requirements; and
Demonstrate an interest in pursuing education and professional development in commercial real estate.
