Lawrence Harwood is a Senior Director at Q10 Lutz Financial Services. Mr. Harwood holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He became a certified public accountant in 1978, is licensed as a Michigan Real Estate. He is the only CCIM designee in the State of Michigan, and one of the few in the United States, whose practice primarily focuses on commercial mortgage brokering. Mr. Harwood is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Commercial Board of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.
