Michael P. Barr CCIM Scholarship
Established – 03/10/2009 ![]() Mike Barr of Greensboro, North Carolina, has been CEO for the North Carolina CCIM Chapter since 1999. He Is also CEO for the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, and Association Executive for both the Carolinas Chapter of SIOR and Carolinas Chapter of the RLI. He served as North Carolina CCIM Chapter President in 2010, and graduated from the Institute’s Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy in 2011. Levine Leadership Development Academy. John has served on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors for several years, and is a past President of both CCIM Foundation and the North Carolina CCIM Chapter. Tony Rickard CCIM Scholarship
Established – 12/28/2009 ![]() Tony Rickard, CCIM, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was a commercial real estate broker for over 30 years. He was a graduate of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy, and served as President of the North Carolina CCIM Chapter in 2007. Tony passed away in 2009 at 58 years of age. Robert L. Behrens CCIM Scholarship
Established – 04/03/2017 ![]() Bob Behrens, CCIM, earned his CCIM designation in 1992 and became the CCIM chapter president of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter in 1995. He served as president of the CCIM Institute in 2004. He was the founding director of Re/Max Commercial International’s Commercial and Investment Division, where he worked for more than 14 years before launching his own company, Behrens & Associates.
