Following are the Named Education Scholarships that are fully funded by the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware
CCIM Chapter to honor individuals for their outstanding service to
their CCIM chapter, the commercial real estate industry, and their communities.

William Patterson CCIM Scholarship
Established – 02/24/2011 William Patterson, CCIM, of Wilmington, Delaware, served in the U.S. Army during World War II. In 1961, he founded Patterson-Schwartz & Associates, which is now Delaware’s largest independent Realtor® firm. He served as President of CCIM Institute in 1975, and was followed by his son Duncan as President in 2000, making them the only father-son combination to lead the organization in its history. William passed away in 2009 at 88 years of age. Darbin Skeans CCIM and Duncan Patterson, Jr. CCIM Scholarship
Established – 04/03/2017 Darbin Skeans, CCIM, with over 31 years of commercial real estate experience, serves as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2001 and received the Past President Award from the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter in 1983. W. Duncan Patterson Jr. began his career in the real estate industry in 1973 and is the co-founder and President of Patterson Woods & Associates, LLC. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2000.
