Following are the Named Education Scholarships that are fully funded by the Taiwan CCIM Chapter to
honor individuals for their outstanding service to their CCIM chapter, the commercial
real estate industry, and their communities.

Michael Tseng CCIM Scholarship
Established – 09/25/2014  Michael Tseng of Taipei, Taiwan,
is the Executive Chairman of REPro Knight Frank and has over 20 years of experience
in real estate. He is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a State Certified
Real Estate Broker in Taiwan. Michael was the first person in Taiwan to earn the
CCIM designation, and served as the founding President of the Taiwan CCIM Chapter.
He is a senior instructor for CCIM Institute, and also Vice President of the Taipei
Association of Real Estate Brokers.
