John V. Propp, GRI, CCIM, of Denver, Colorado, is the Broker Owner of John Propp Commercial Group and has more than 34 years of experience in commercial real estate. A CCIM Designee since 1998, he is recognized as a commercial real estate investment expert and has earned numerous Top 10 Heavy Hitter and industry awards, including the DMCAR Lifetime Achievement Award and CCIM Chapter Hall of Fame Award. John has also served in leadership roles with DMCAR, the Colorado & Wyoming CCIM Chapter, and the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, reflecting his longstanding commitment to the commercial real estate industry.

Steve W. Moyer CCIM Scholarship

Steve W. Moyer, CCIM, has built a distinguished career as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in site selection and property transactions across the Midwest and Southern U.S.. A dedicated CCIM since 1991, he attributes much of his success to the Institute’s education and networking resources. Now mostly retired in Denver, Colorado, Steve remains a licensed broker in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri.

Steve R. Price CCIM Scholarship

In his tenure, Steve Price served as the president of The CCIM Institute in 2006. He has been honored as: the 1999 CCIM Institute Instructor of the Year, the 2001 recipient of the Victor L. Lyon Award for outstanding contributions to CCIM Institute’s education program, the 2003 CI 101 Senior Instructor of the Year, and in 2017 Steve was awarded the Jay W. Levine Award for Distinguished Service to the CI Institute. Today, Steve continues as a member of The CCIM Institute board that guides the organization along its commitment to excellence in commercial real estate education.

Robert L. Behrens CCIM Scholarship

Established Date: 04-03-17

Bob Behrens, CCIM, earned his CCIM designation in 1992 and became the president of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter in 1995. He also served as president of The CCIM Institute in 2004. He was the founding director of Re/Max Commercial International’s Commercial and Investment Division, where he worked for more than 14 years before launching his own company, Behrens & Associates.
