Tim & Barbara Blair Matching Funds | The CCIM Institute Foundation

The Tim & Barbara Blair Matching Funds helps CCIM Chapters establish new Named Education Scholarships through a unique matching gift opportunity. Chapters that raise qualifying funds ($18,750) receive a dollar-for-dollar match, creating a permanent scholarship fund ($37,500) that supports future CCIM candidates and strengthens the profession for years to come. If your chapter is interested in participating, please review the following information.

2027-2028 Annual Matching Cycles

Priority for Region 9: Each January-March
Open to All Chapters: Each April-December

Eligibility Requirements

Participating chapters must:

Raise or secure $18,750 in local support; and
Commit funds by the applicable annual deadline; and
Establish a new Named Education Scholarship (NES); and
Work with the CCIM Institute Foundation to complete required documentation.

Once matched, chapters may rename the scholarship in accordance with donor or chapter preferences.
